GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

RAF Kenley Tribute 2023

On Sunday 13th November, Head Girl, Georgia M and Senior Prefect, Christian T attended the RAF Kenley Tribute to lay a wreath on behalf of the school community.

Thanks also the following cadets present on parade, paying their respects to those who died in service to the country: Y8 Harry G, Y9’s Hugo W, Joshua B, and Y10 Savanna K.

More than 350 attended the ceremony, which was led by the Chairman of Tandridge Council, and included representatives from local youth groups, Air Cadets, police, and religious leaders. Wreathes were laid, by Chris Philp MP, Councillors Gayle Gander and Ola Kolade and Mike Street, Chairman of the RAF Kenley Tribute Committee.
