Land Sale Project:

I am pleased to provide you with an update on the much-awaited floodlit 3G sports pitch project. While progress has been slower than anticipated, I am delighted to share that we are finally nearing the exciting milestone of breaking ground. We are on the cusp of signing the construction contract with our chosen contractor and the necessary planning conditions are being discharged, paving the way for the commencement of works on site. With a projected 12-week construction phase, we remain optimistic about having this excellent facility ready for use by the time the dark days of winter return later this year.
