At de Stafford, we have a long tradition of providing high quality teacher training experiences for those in the early years of their careers in teaching. Our vision focuses on habitual and impactful classroom routines and academic rigour which enables trainees and students to thrive.  As a school, we have a philosophy of growing our own teachers at grass roots level, where professionalism is at the heart of all we do.

We are delighted and very proud to announce exciting news that de Stafford is one of the first schools across the Multi Academy Trust to be awarded the title of ‘Early Career Framework School Ambassador’ in recognition of the hard work we undertake implementing weekly instructional coaching, mentoring, and teacher training for colleagues new to the profession.
